Cancellation and Refund
7 days before use: 100% refund
4-6 days before use: 50% refund
1-3 days before use: 30% refund
On the day of use: No refund
Please call 2 days before the date of use to change the date and time of use.
In case of a NO SHOW due to a change in the basic reservation schedule,
the above refund criteria will be applied.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather
(strong wind advisory, typhoon warning, heavy rain, etc.),
we will change the schedule and refund the full amount.
Since the tour will operate even in rainy weather,
cancellations or changes due to rain are not possible
(the tour course may change depending
on the weather conditions at sea.
Refunds are not available if boarding is not possible
due to non-compliance with the boarding time.
Please arrive at the designated boarding area after
making your reservation 10 minutes before departure.
